If I can't explain the ingredient, I don't want to feed it to my kids.

Our founder, mother of three

When her son asked what high-fructose corn syrup was, she didn't have a good answer, so she stopped serving it.

She started baking with Rapadou at her own kitchen table and tested every batch on her kids, family and neighbors. Pen Patat is what came out the other side.
